FRENCH FRIES IN AIR FRYER

I know that this is quite a simple dish and there are umpteen number of recipes out there that show you how to make them😊. But here is my version of perfect, crunchy, oil-free French Fries full of pakka😋😉 Masala Flavor. Crispy French Fries😍   INGREDIENTS: 2 Medium sized potatoes- washed and peeled(soak in water until ready to use) Salt to taste Chili Powder-2 tsp Black Pepper Powder- 1 tsp Herbs(Rosemary/Parsley/Oregano/Basil)- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp Oil- 1 tsp for binding(optional)   METHOD : Cut the potatoes into fries/wedges. An important step here, is to wash the potatoes after they are cut, in cold water to dry them using paper towels/hand towel till all the moisture is absorbed. SABUDANA VADA/SAGGUBEEYAM VADALU IN AIR FRYER

This dish is well known in Maharashtra, India especially made during the times of Vrath or Puja(auspicious events)😊. I have made a few tweaks to it to match my palette!!! You can do the same and add any extra ingredients or minus the ones I have used😃. So...why wait, let us dive into the recipe🍮. Spicy Mirchi Bajjis are my favorite dish and go amazingly well with hot Chai especially on a rainy day, as most of you already know😉😊😊!!! Make this snack completely free of oil and simultaneously satisfy your cravings😋 Yummy Yummy Mirchi Bajjis 😍   INGREDIENTS:   Bajji mirchis- 5 nos. For the Batter: Gram flour/Besan- 3 cups Salt to taste Crushed carom seeds/Ajwain- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder- 1 tsp Black Pepper powder- 2 tsp For the stuffing: Tamarind pulp(thick)- 1/2 cup Onions (finely chopped)- 1 Salt to taste Roasted gram flour- 1 tbsp Amchur/dry mango powder-1/2 tsp   METHOD:   Take a tbsp of gram flour and lightly roast it till it gives out an aroma and turns slightly brown.
