But here is my version of perfect, crunchy, oil-free French Fries full of pakka😋😉 Masala Flavor. Crispy French Fries😍 INGREDIENTS: 2 Medium sized potatoes- washed and peeled(soak in water until ready to use) Salt to taste Chili Powder-2 tsp Black Pepper Powder- 1 tsp Herbs(Rosemary/Parsley/Oregano/Basil)- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp Oil- 1 tsp for binding(optional) METHOD : Cut the potatoes into fries/wedges. An important step here, is to wash the potatoes after they are cut, in cold water to dry them using paper towels/hand towel till all the moisture is absorbed.
